Welcome to Sweatlife The Festival schedule builder.  

To begin building your schedule please follow the below instructions: 

  1. Download the Sweatlife App on Iphone or Android. (search Sweatlife in the App Store)
  2. Check out all of the festival offerings in the schedule below or on the app
  3. When you see a class you want to attend, click the check box to confirm attendance (to review your schedule at any time click on your profile icon on the top right of the browser and click My Sched) 
  4. Repeat step 2 until you have built your perfect schedule
  5. You’re all done, don’t worry you can log back in at any time to amend your schedule (make sure you save your password) 

Please note: there will be an opportunity to put your name down on the waitlist for classes on the day.

Psycle London has created a new signature barre method that has been designed by a team of experts to build strength, flexibility, agility, speed, balance and mental focus - without losing the fun. This class gives you strong, lean muscles and superior core stability. The choreography is based on the rhythm of energising playlists and it takes you through all the planes of movement to get deep into the belly of each major muscle group.

NB:// This is Psycle's new Barre concept and will not be on a bike.
